A 26-year employee of the Niagara Falls public works department worker was arrested on Friday and charged with a hate crime. James Curtis, 52, is accused of writing a racist sign that was discovered on August 13 above a drinking fountain at the DPW building on New Road. What actually causes racial tensions is when people in authority make mountains out of mole hills by invoking unduly harsh punishments for ordinary stupid behavior. I can hardly believe the official reaction to this! Of course I totally believe that people should be allowed to say whatever they want, if they want to use the term “nigger” to refer another person it doesn’t demean the other person a bit, it only lets the rest of us know what the person that said it is like!

First of all, the only “blacks only” signs I ever heard of being placed at public restrooms and drinking fountains were done by white people. Secondly, the N word has much more of a hate filled history than any other racial slur in America. Thats why its so offensive. Personally I think white racists need to be executed on the spot, but this is America and luckily for racist whites they are saved by the same American government they hate. (for no good reason might I add)

Signs like the “whites only” sign are considered hate crimes because of what happened in the 1960’s and prior. If those laws were not in place whites would institute segregation once again, and work towards re-instituting slavery. And all garbage about “an epidemic” of blacks raping whites is all white supremacist propaganda.
