LOL! Yes, this is just another example of that wonderful sanctity of “one man and one woman.”

Well– in a court of law it always helps to have more evidence when you go to trial.

You’d be surprised what people can get away with AND ALSO how little can get someone convicted in this country. Our legal system might be the best of the options we humans have come up with– but it can be horribly inconsistent.

So it always helps to have more evidence.

yeah so I was right, people are dumb enough to search for a hitman online or advertise it to the whole world almost, they really didnt need a fake crime scene, just proof she did the list to hire for her husbands murder

Maybe they run ads in the yellow pages or on Craigslist?

Who do people go to if they want to hire a hitman they don’t know? Who refers people to people who are willing to kill for money?

Only if you are the one who proposes to do the hit.

If you say “let’s do a crime! it’ll be good for you.” then it is entrapment.
If the person comes to you off-duty and says “I’ll pay you to do a crime for/with me” it is not entrapment.

Entrapment means that the crime was only committed because of what the police did.
It sounds in this case like she was looking for a hitman regardless.

If only she’d married Glen Beck, we’d be wishing her better luck next time.

Probably!! But they do it all the time in drug busts! It sucks! But I don’t really mind for this purpose cuz she was actually going to do something.

Isn’t it entrapment to pretend you’re a hitman when you’re a cop?
I’m confused.

why did they need to set up a fake crime scene and also I dont understand how all these hitmans are really undercover cops, like do they just advertise to someone that they need a hitman to kill their husband and a policeman comes and goes “hey I think I should act like one”. I don’t understand. I thought they pick reliable people like friends to do it, not some stranger especially one that could be a cop. I just don’t get how they could be stupid enough to hire an undercover cop.

It’s much better to get an out of state alibi.

EVERYONE TAKE NOTE: If you try to hire a hitman he’s probably an undercover cop.

Great story, but it is on Fox, so it likely isn’t true.
