Felony murder is any death that occurs during the commission or as the result of a felony. Only certain felonies apply (i.e. burglary, arson) For example, if you commit armed robbery, and while fleeing, run someone over with your car it is not vehicular manslaughter, it is felony murder.
what is different about the charge feloney murder?
Im a criminal justice student. I would hear of murderers being charged with Murder#1, 2 or "Feloney murder. Whats the difference between feloney murder and murder#1?
